The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing the delivery of cleaning, technical, and maintenance services in collaboration with our partner contractors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of our operations in Dubai.nnResponsibilities:n- Coordinate and manage the scheduling and deployment of cleaning, technical, and maintenance personnel to client sites, in coordination with partner contractors.n- Collaborate closely with partner contractors to ensure seamless integration of services and adherence to project timelines and specifications.n- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.n- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to ensure service standards are met and identify opportunities for improvement.n- Work closely with internal teams and partner contractors to develop and implement operational strategies to optimize service delivery and efficiency.n- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, schedules, and client communications.n- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety among all personnel.nnQualifications:n- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.n- Proven experience in operations coordination or similar role, preferably in the construction, technical, facility management, or project contracting industries.n- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and partner contractors.n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software or CRM systems.n- Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in cleaning, technical, or maintenance services in Dubai is highly desirable.n- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.nnJoin our team and be part of a dynamic organization committed to delivering exceptional services to clients in Dubai.
