Fleet Administrator (Barakah Western Region)


Shall be responsible for the work routes, trips, roasters or other duty requirements of drivers.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Working hours-10 hours daily, 6 days per week.
* 24 hours available on call basis
* Arranging the company staff and its subsidiaries employee’s transportation.
* Coordinate on Maintenance, Replacements, Breakdowns,Traffic documentation.
* CNIA pass renewal, Drivers badge renewal, traffic license renewal etc.
* Daily checkup on maintenance due, tool box, HSE checklist.
* Prepare monthly report on Maintenance, Breakdowns, Accident, Replacement etc.
* Manage drivers leave schedule and relievers.
* Regular monthly report should include records of all vehicles(Permanent/Replacement).
* Short term rental vehicle records.
* UAE Toll Gates payment records Traffic fines paid with driver name Record.
* Accident claim reports with all copies
* Vehicle maintenance report should be submitted to the company on monthly basis.
* Maintain records of drivers’ individual driving hours, breaks, waiting/loading/unloading and rest hours.
* Plan and prepare a weekly regular trip schedules detailing location, date, time, assigned drivers and submit to transport managers.
* Liaise with the company HSE in HSE related issues including informing to drivers (the company’s road safety advisories and publications).
* Prepare and submit Incident Accident notification form as required. اضغط هنا
